Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
Greeting customers, understanding their vehicle concerns, and communicating those concerns to the service team.
- Service Recommendations:
Advising customers on necessary repairs and maintenance based on their needs and budget.
- Cost Estimates:
Providing accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and obtaining customer approval before work begins.
- Scheduling & Coordination:
Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow.
- Communication:
Keeping customers informed about the progress of their vehicle's service, explaining completed work, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history.
- Sales Support:
Suggesting additional services or parts, and potentially handling warranty or insurance claims.
- Technical Knowledge:
A basic understanding of vehicle systems and repairs is required
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Sales and persuasion skills (to some degree).
- Basic computer and data entry skills.Â

Assisting technicians as needed in the shop & any other duties assigned by service manager
